Janitorial Cleaner

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in various areas of the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by regularly sanitizing surfaces and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling efforts in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks as required, including carpet cleaning and window washing.
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality of equipment and fixtures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all health regulations while performing cleaning duties.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and best practices.
- Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the facility.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying cleaning needs.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $800.00-$2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
