**Summary**

As a Bartender/Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your core skills in bartending and serving will enable you to craft beverages and serve food efficiently while adhering to food safety standards. With your premium skills in POS systems and restaurant experience, you will manage transactions smoothly and enhance the dining experience. Your relevant skills in cash handling and hospitality will further support our mission to provide exceptional service in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address customer needs.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders and maintain a smooth workflow.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proven bartending and serving experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Background in the food industry and hospitality services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.55-$17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-05-12
