Autoplan Agent

**Sussex Insurance (Inside Superstore), 4651 No 3 Rd**, is currently hiring experienced Autoplan Agents to join our fast-paced and high-volume office in Richmond. We are seeking both full-time and part-time Level 2, Autoplan agents who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Level 2 Insurance License (required)
- Proven experience with ICBC Autoplan transactions
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and weekends
- Comfortable managing a high volume of customer interactions
