**The Role**:Retail Sales Leader - $24-$28/hour + benefits

Fortune Creek has an opening for a Retail Sales Leader to join our team. This opportunity entails greeting and interacting with customers to provide information about our products and to increase revenues through sales. This role is based in our location in Kelowna. The right person will have an opportunity to grow into a Senior Sales Leader role within the company.

**Job Requirements**:

- Managing store front, including restocking, merchandising, reconciling cash, cleaning/organizing the store
- Creating a welcoming environment by greeting all customers as they walk through the doors
- Maximising sales opportunities to achieve targets
- Fulfilling online orders, take orders over the phone
- During downtime assist with packaging, inventory management, etc.,
- Executing opening & closing procedures
- Applicants must be able to communicate information and ideas clearly
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to take directions as needed
- Attend events and trade shows as assigned
- Weekend availability is a must

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
