- **A day in the life of a Sales Associate**:_
- Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate will greet and welcome customers, explaining our daily promotions, telling them what’s new in product, explaining our loyalty programs and other specials. generate sales by identifying and meeting customer needs
- Delivers excellent customer service by listening and understanding their needs. Make recommendations based on that _**customer’s requirements and budget.**_
- Maintain a strong understanding about our product lines, features and technical specs to answer specific customer questions. At VSS we offer employees the opportunity to use our new products for demonstration, so you are very familiar with our vape devices.
- Maintains store displays and merchandise.
- Executes various store opening and closing tasks
- Complies with all health and safety standards and procedures, as well as with the establishment's rules and regulations
- Assist with unpacking shipments, creating sales labels for products

**Good thing you have what it takes**:

- 2 years of retail or customer service experience is mandatory. Your previous experience can include restaurant, bartending, retail stores. These are all great jobs that require a good memory and the ability to handle busy environments.

You do need to have a good understanding of vape pod kits and juice. You must be a vaper for this position.
- If you have previous vape or Cannabis employment-we will value that very much. Our 420 Glass section is very large so knowledge in this area is a great asset.
- Must have a “Happy” personality, an optimistic attitude towards vaping and 420 products
- Detail-oriented results-focused person with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency. Our stores are very busy so you need to juggle priorities
- Excellent computer skills as all our sales are electronic records
- You must have a fantastic memory as we have a very large inventory to learn
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong customer service orientation
- Flexible to work beyond traditional business hours, evenings, and every second weekend period.
- 18 years of age or older
- You must be a current vaper and have a least an understanding of bongs and accessories
