Fast paced bop/accumulator shop located in Ponoka,AB looking for motivated individual to join our team as shipper/ receiver/ purchasing assistant.

Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities:

- Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
- Collaborates and communicates with logistics companies, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receiving of products.
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintains a clean, neat, and organized-ready inventory area.
- Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
- Maintains an accurate documentation of daily moves, receiving inventory, and counting accurately.
- Engages with vendors, customers and drivers with a positive attitude.
- Provides additional backup support for purchasing department/ team members

Shipping and Receiving Qualifications/Skills:

- Reviewing and sorting incoming and outgoing stock
- Receiving, stocking, and quality control
- Pulling, packing, and loading for co-workers/ on going jobs/ sales
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently and within a team

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

- Logistics, retail, or customer service experience (asset but not required)
- Forklift Certification/ previous experience (asset but not required)
- Familiarity with oilfield (asset but not required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
