Technicien CNC

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate and set up CNC lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Program CNC machines using Fanuc controls, ensuring accurate execution of designs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and SolidWorks models to determine machining requirements.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for machining tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and calipers for precise assembly and machining tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with welding tasks as needed during the assembly process.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on CNC machining.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation of CNC lathes and milling machines is required.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, CAD software, and blueprint reading is essential.
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various hand tools, power tools, and calipers.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts will be beneficial for this role.
