CAI Inks Canada Ltd. is seeking a full time Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Prescott, ON location.

As an Operator, you will be responsible for the daily manufacturing of quality, liquid packaging inks while maintaining established safety requirements.

**Expectations**:

- Operate and maintain production equipment.
- Observe and enforce company established safety policies and standards.
- Ability to read and follow instructions precisely.
- Raw material handling.
- Accurate production documentation and reporting.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet scheduled deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Knowledge of WHMIS.
- Physically capable to lift, push, pull and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent reaching, standing and walking.
- Pass a colour blindness test.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and forklift operation would be an asset.
- Routine attendance with the ability to work the required hours as scheduled.
- Quality focused, safety conscience and positive attitude.

**We offer**:

- 8 hour shift. Monday to Friday. Day and afternoon rotating shift (5 :00 AM - 1:30 PM and 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM).
- Hourly rate of $22.10/hour to start. $23.10/hour following a successful 3 month probationary period. $24.10/hour after 1 year of continuous employment. Paid overtime.
