Posse Trucking is a family run Canadian trucking company searching for qualified Class 1 Owner Operators and Company Drivers for our busy and established Local and Regional Flatbed Fleet.

Our fleet of LOCAL tractors haul flat decks, step decks, lowbeds and B-Trains with our clients' freight all over the Metro Vancouver area with occasional daytrips to Vancouver Island, Lower Interior and Whistler.

PREFERENCE GIVEN TO OPERATORS WITH TRAILERS: LANDOLL, LOWBED, FLATBED STEP DECK, B-TRAINS.

Much of the work we do is challenging and the loads are often heavy and wide so we expect our drivers to be up to the task. Drivers without the ability to haul wide loads will not be considered.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The duties of the Company Driver:

- Compete pre/post trip inspections on trucks and trailers
- Load, secure and deliver clients' freight safely and on time
- Have a mindful and safety conscious approach to all tasks.
- Communicate openly and clearly with dispatch staff
- Provide excellent customer service to all shippers, receivers, customers, and other carriers.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**REQUIRED**:

- Class 1 Driver’s License
- 2 years’ flat deck hauling experience
