Co-op - Student Corporate Communications

**Responsibilities**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work as part of a cross-functional team to develop, plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns that educate, increase awareness and engagement
- Use your editing, marketing and writing skills to create and edit content in different formats and across various digital platforms
- Monitor and track the success of our news stories and campaigns, then recommend improvements
- Assist with the planning and execution of photo and video shoots to support various marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives
- Support events such as recruit graduations, news conferences and special announcements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Pursuing a degree/diploma in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Media, Public Relations or related field of study
- Experience developing integrated communications plans aligned with key messaging
- Understanding of online content development, Canadian Press style guide and content marketing best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Efficient time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-orientation and ability to work to deadlines
- Proficiency with the use of DSLR cameras, lighting, studio photography, framing and set-up experience is an asset
