Shipper/receiver

Mobile Parts Inc. is a major supplier of mobile equipment parts and specially fitted utility vehicles designed to carry people and materials in mining environments. We are proudly located in Sudbury, Ontario and supply parts and products to the mining industry in multiple countries worldwide We are looking for an ambitious and team-oriented individual to join our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pull, package, and ship orders in accordance with Sales Orders/Shippers.
- Confirm shipments are marked for the correct destination and are given to the designated courier/transport company.
- Receive goods against Purchase Orders checking for damages and confirming quantities and quality.
- Label incoming items, restock shelves, and rotate inventory.
- Distribute incoming items as needed and follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner.
- Load and unload freight both manually and with equipment.
- Ensure goods are packaged securely to protect against damage and loss.
- Participate in physical inventory, and rotating cycle counts.
- Maintain inventory records; assign bin locations, advise discrepancies.
- Ensure work areas are safe, organized, and clear at all times.
- Sweep floors in warehouse(s) and shipping/receiving area.
- Organize parts on shelves; replace bin boxes as needed, make sure parts are clearly identified, wash and/or dust shelving and bins.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- College diploma in a related field and/or related 2+ years’ experience in a warehousing or equipment parts business
- Knowledge of warehousing and logistics best practices
- Knowledge and experience with information management systems
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Bilingual (French & English) considered a strong asset
