Calm and analytical when faced with major incidents on critical systems.**: - ** Performs controlled resolution of incidents and problems including prioritization and escalation to relevant groups when appropriate, root cause analysis of all problems with follow-through to resolution.**: - ** Communicate effectively with operations and technology partners on a regional or global basis.**: - ** Participates in disaster recovery testing**: - ** Develop and maintain technical support documentation.**: **Development Value**: - ** Citi established the regional Operations and Technology Centre in Mississauga, and this expansion effort is continuing in our technology teams. (Able to build ad hoc SQL queries)**: - ** Knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes / OpenShift**: **Desirable**: - ** Basic Business knowledge/ understanding of financial markets and products.**: - ** Coding / scripting experience preferable (any language)**: **Skills**: - ** Good interpersonal and communication skills, great teammate.**: - ** Knowledge about Linux, Kubernetes / OpenShift**: - ** Databases - MongoDB, Microsoft SQL.**: - ** Knowledge/ Experience with real-time monitoring systems such as ITRS Net agent and Job scheduling tool such as AutoSys is a plus**: **Qualifications**: **Bachelor's Degree**: **Citi Canada is an equal opportunity employer.
