Opening Summer 2025, **Squamish Canyon**will offer a breathtaking canyon walkway and immersive forest experience that redefines adventure in the Sea to Sky Corridor. As we prepare to welcome our first guests, we are building a team of passionate individuals ready to deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint.

We are currently seeking an experienced and guest-focused Support to join our opening team and help shape a best-in-class beverage program that complements the awe-inspiring nature of Squamish Canyon.

**About the Role**

Join our team at Squamish Canyon and help us build something different. We're looking for a Support Team Member. This is an all-hands-on-deck role for someone who can keep things moving, get things stocked, and is down to support the team however needed. This position is flexible, perfect for those who want some hours in a great environment without being tied to one role. Whether you're helping with light prep, stocking, running food, or keeping things clean and dialed in—we need someone ready to jump in and keep the place flowing.

**Key Responsibilities**

Guest Experience
- Deliver outstanding hospitality with professionalism, friendliness, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Helping with the efficiency of food service and ensuring a premium experience
- Educate guests on our coffee offerings and provide thoughtful recommendations to enhance the experience.

Café Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout each shift.
- Ensure daily station setup and breakdown are completed with care and consistency.
- Assist with ordering, inventory tracking, and restocking of coffee and café supplies.

**Qualifications**
- Confident and approachable, with a natural ability to connect with guests and teammates.
- Comfortable working independently
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for elevating the guest experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds.

**Work Conditions**
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with changing weather and guest flow.
- Primarily indoor café work, with occasional crossover to outdoor event support.
