**Our expectations**

Reporting to the the Director Pro Sales Support, the Supervisor, Pro Order center, will be responsible of our Direct orders Centers in Ontario. Providing effective day to day management and leadership in the sales office and continually interacting with customers and employees. She / He encourages professional relationships with our Pro customers, loyalty and growth while maintaining a high level of customer service and unity.

**The role**:

- Clearly outline and communicate sales objectives and expectations to all team members
- Motivate and influence sales performance with positive feedback and recognition
- Build strong and lasting relationships with our Pro customers, Outside Sales representatives, DDC, etc.
- Lead a team by example
- Support his team processing orders for Pro customers, follow up with DDC and OSR
- Delegates tasks, initiatives, and follows up to ensure completion
- Monitor phone systems
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Act as a business partner with Outside sales representatives, Pro Merchandisers and Pro support teams.
- Develop strategy and actions to get team meeting customers services and performance.
- Analyze report and transmit actions required to the team
- Train and support team on process, systems and best sales practices
- Understand the needs of the company’s customers in order to advise them and establish trust to promote the company’s offering
- Keep abreast of the company’s products, innovations, prices, and solutions, in addition to those of the company’s competitors
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and the retention rate

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- College degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of building materials
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving attitude
- Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail;
- Exemplary listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- proven ability to lead a team by promoting and sustaining a culture of sales and service through effective communication
- High sense of urgency and drive; able to set priorities and deliver results within deadlines
- High energy level that is demonstrated in the office while monitoring and providing direction and leadership for others
- Ability to interact in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent knowledge of Building material and home improvement products
- Ability to motivate, train, and coach others to a higher level of success and accountability
- Proficiency with technology of MS Office suite, Excel and clear understanding MMS - Soda system
- Good understanding of Inventory and Operations management
- Basic understanding of finance
