**Overview**
We are seeking a professionally trained solo Subcontractor to join our team. We are also accepting applicants for small professional cleaning companies with teams. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for providing residential cleaning and home services with your own supplies. If you have experience in custodial work, professional house cleaning, possess strong time management skills, and excel in customer service, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform residential cleaning tasks at various facilities
- Conduct home services such as laundry, carpet cleaning etc
- Utilize and own professional cleaning products and tools to complete residential cleaning appointments.
- Handle heavy lifting up to 50 lbs as required
- Communicate effectively with ops team and clients to ensure satisfactory services are completed

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in professional cleaning.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting
- Proficiency in using cleaning products and tools
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent time management abilities to meet appointment timelines

This is tracked via business number or SIN # / work permit if you have no registered business. Each sub contractor must provide their own liability insurance.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
