Counter Sales Representative

Overview:
Join our team at Clark's Supply & Service Inc. as a Counter Sales Representative in Emerald Park. We are a leading equipment sales & rental company dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and top-quality products, including pressure washers, lawn & turf equipment, and well water system supplies. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless sales process.

**Duties**:

- Assist customers with their purchases in a Dealership or Retail sales environment.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and meet targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support sales management by preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing paperwork efficiently.
- Assist customers with rental equipment and recommend equipment based on customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area for a pleasant customer experience.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively.
- Previous experience in Sales or Automotive service preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge preferred,

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license for occasional travel requirements.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
