**Driving Instructor**:

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Applicants must be at least 25 years old for insurance reasons.
- A criminal record check and vulnerable persons check are mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 years of driving experience with a valid G License.
- A clean driving record with zero demerit points is essential.
- An insurance record free of claims for the past 4 consecutive years is required.

**SKILLS**:Exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor to effectively engage with students, calm demeanor, patience and, promote a positive learning environment

**EDUCATION & TRAINING**:Working towards or completed Driving instructor certification program, first aid certification is preferred

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead engaging driving lessons that adhere to regulatory standards and promote safe driving practices.
- Cultivate a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to develop their skills and overcome challenges.
- Provide personalized feedback to facilitate continuous improvement and foster a culture of excellence.
- Maintain records of student progress and attendance to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of students throughout every lesson, demonstrating unwavering commitment to their success.
- Stay informed on evolving driving laws and regulations to deliver accurate and relevant instruction.

Pay: $29,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
