**Job Title: Skid Steer Operator & Dump Truck Driver (Class 1 or 3 License)**

**About Us**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Skid Steer Operation**: Safely and efficiently operate skid steer equipment for backfilling homes, grading, snow removal, and other construction tasks such as concrete gravel prep.
- **Dump Truck Driving**: Safely operate a Class 1 or 3 dump truck for hauling materials to and from residential construction sites.
- **Road Work & Landscaping**: Assist with grading and preparation of lots, including road work and landscaping projects.
- **Commercial Snow Removal**: Operate skid steers and dump trucks to clear snow from commercial properties, parking lots, and roadways during winter months.
- **General Labor Support**: Assist with physical tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and assisting other trades when needed.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid **Class 1 or 3 Driver’s License** (essential)
- Proven experience operating skid steers and dump trucks, preferably in residential construction, landscaping in tight areas working alongside other trades.
- Strong knowledge of site preparation, grading, backfilling, roadwork, and snow removal techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and capable of performing labor-intensive tasks.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including snow and cold temperatures during winter months.
- Good communication skills and reliable work ethics.
