We’re currently looking for a seasoned **Culinary Director** who thrives within a mission-driven environment, creates change through culinary innovation, and is a proven and effective leader, with the talent and desire to imagine unique, locally sourced, unforgettable dishes.

Qualifications:
**About you...**
- Passionate about leadership and excellence in food operations.
- Minimum 5 years of similar work experience as a Culinary Director or Executive Chef.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary operations in multi-venue hotel that includes, but not limited to fine dining venue(s), banquets, all-day dining restaurant(s) and bar/nightlife.
- A strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and experience alongside excellent knowledge of great financial performance.
- Able to supervise, coordinate and control all aspects of food purchases, food production and food costing on a large scale in multi-venue, luxury hotel.
- Previous experience in creating menu and recipe development at luxury hotel.
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
- Creative, driven and passionate about sustainability, with a positive mindset.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
