**THE ROLE**

Our team of certified journeymen delivers expert

installation, repair, and maintenance solutions tailored to maximize system

efficiency and reduce operational costs.

With many manufacture and association relationships, Mac-Tower Inc. prides itself

in being able to give intensive training opportunities to our employees on various

equipment and professional development.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of

plumbing systems, water supply networks and waste and drainage systems.
- Install, repair and maintain industrial, commercial and /or domestic fixtures

and systems.
- Locate and mark positions for pipe and connections, passage holes and

fixtures in walls and floors and to cut openings to accommodate pipe and

pipe fittings.
- Measure, cut bend and thread pipes using hand and power tools or

machines
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance.
- Keep detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
- Pursue ongoing learning regarding new systems and materials.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Experience on fuel-fired equipment and Domestic Gasfitter or Gasfitter Red

Seal is an asset.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Plumbing Red Seal or registered Plumbing Apprentice.
- 2+ years experience in the Plumbing Industry.
- City of Winnipeg Cross Connection Control Testers License is a plus.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good physical health, strength and stamina.
- An analytical approach to problem solving.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team and under pressure.
- Flexible and reliable.
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Valid Drivers License.
