- **Competitive start rates**_ranging from $20.00 to $32.50 per hour, including various

- _Current base rate $20.00 + $2.00 relief premium_
- _Fresh Premium ($1.00) or Frozen Premium ($2.50)_
- _6PM-6AM Freezer Night Premium ($2.00)_
- _PLUS up to $5.00 pay for performance_

**Responsibilities**:

- _**Learn and master new equipment**_: Complete our thorough paid, on-site training program to safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, reach trucks, and counterbalance forklifts.
- _**Maintain high performance standards**_: Ensure timely and accurate order picking and palletizing of grocery products.
- _**Embrace physical demands**_: Thrive in a physically demanding role that involves repetitive, heavy lifting of grocery products, with weights of up to 28kg.
- _**Utilize innovative technology**_: Work with paperless and customized, automated voice-directed technology to pick orders efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- _**Reliable Transportation**_: Please note that there is no bus transportation route in the area, so reliable transportation is required.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including repetitive lifting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and technology.
- Warehouse work experience is required.
- Able to work Full-Time 40hrs from Thursday -Monday (8hr shifts).
