**Responsibilities**

The Yard and Warehouse Inventory Supervisor contributes to the success of ICE Western by ensuring the following:

- Yard and Warehouse are properly organized, set up and managed
- Provision of materials to 2 manufacturing plants promptly
- Improvement of the material handling, shipping and receiving processes
- Improvement of productivity and efficiency of the team
- Reporting of KPI of the Yard and Warehouse Management
- Development of others by training the shipping/receiving and material handling staff - setting expectations, providing feedback and recognizing and rewarding good performance
- Understanding and transferring warehouse operations knowledge to others including resource requirements, layout, route/bulk/transport loading, etc.
- Enforces Safety Policies and Guidelines including cleanliness of yard and warehouse.
- Additional duties maybe assigned by the General Manager

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of work experience in managing, organizing and improving yard and warehouse.
- 3+ years work experience in a supervisory position preferred
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite and Shipping and Receiving ERP
- Forklift and Crane certified

**Skills & Capabilities**:

- Strong communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and influence management skills
- Incumbent must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks without losing momentum while also completing all daily tasks efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
- Has excellent forklift and crane skillset and experience.
