Night Auditor

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Warmly welcome and assist late check-ins, early departures, and overnight guest requests.
- Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts, reconciling daily transactions, and preparing management reports.
- Ensure accuracy of room charges, restaurant postings, and other revenue streams.
- Monitor property security and safety overnight, including occasional property walkthroughs.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies.
- Prepare for the morning shift by printing reports, organizing the front desk, and setting up for day operations.
- Support the overall guest experience by providing exceptional service at all times.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous hotel front desk, accounting, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers.
- Experience with hotel PMS systems (Cloudbeds, Opera, or similar) is an asset.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, calm, and guest-focused demeanor.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (11:00 pm - 7:00 am).
