As an Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll develop valuable business skills, gain real-world experience, and earn great pay—all while working in a supportive, growth-focused team. No experience needed—just energy, curiosity, and a desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule appointments and qualify leads for the business development team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
- Work toward daily and weekly outreach goals
- Represent RICI with professionalism and enthusiasm

**Qualifications**:

- Current university student (or recent graduate)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, driven, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections

What We Offer:

- Base pay with performance bonuses
- Full training and mentorship provided— Prior sales experience preferred but not required
