As a Packer/Shipper, you will be responsible for carefully assembling, packing, and shipping orders to ensure our customers receive their orders in perfect condition. This role requires efficiency, accuracy, and a commitment to upholding our quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
Your role may include, but is not limited to:
Order Packing & Fulfillment:

- Assemble and pack customer orders with accuracy and care, ensuring proper handling of all products.
- Label and prepare shipments according to company and carrier guidelines.
- Inspect packaging materials and report any shortages or quality concerns.

Shipping & Logistics Coordination:

- Process shipments using our order management system.
- Work closely with courier partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain an organised and efficient shipping area.

Inventory & Quality Control:

- Assist with inventory counts and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory or packaging.
- Handle incoming packaging materials and supplies, ensuring quality and consistency.

Cross-Departmental Support:

- Provide support to the Production team during peak seasons such as bottling and harvest.
- Offer general support in production areas, including helping with product organisation, purchase orders, and quality control checks.
- Potential for supplemental delivery driver support as needed.

Position Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for order processing (training provided).
- Prior experience in shipping, warehousing, or fulfillment is an asset but not required.
