- Previous experience as a carpenter helper or in a similar role is preferred
- Experience using hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 23kg)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
