**POSITION: IT Systems Administrator**

**STATUS: Full Time**

**REPORTS TO: Director, Information Technology**

**ROLE**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Perform initial troubleshooting to issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Set up and configure communications devices, desktops, operating systems, and software.
- Collaborate with management teams to ensure smooth operation of IT system.
- Manage support requests.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Provide technical support either by phone, or site visits as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, communication devices and technical products.
- Provide on call/after hours support to our Innisfil, Vaughan, and DC Warehouse.
- Aid in the creation of technical training manuals

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of IT help desk, technician, or support experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with Exchange and Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Experience providing support with iPhone, Android devices and tablet support.
- SOTI Mobile Device Management Experience
- Experience with system networking, Cisco and HPE Aruba devices
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (ERP)

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
