**Responsibilities**:

- Support senior technicians in performing high-quality auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and paint preparation.
- Assist in disassembling and reassembling vehicles to ensure accurate repairs.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Utilize and maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Enrollment in or completion of a recognized auto body repair program.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Basic understanding of auto body repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
