**The Job**
- Reporting to the Floral Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations of the Blooms department to ensure an exceptional level of customer service is maintained
- You’ll, train, manage and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and productivity
- You’ll be responsible for daily scheduling needs and coordination
- You’ll manage ordering and inventory

**Pay for this job**:
**Starting Range**: $23.00-$24.75

Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

**Growth Range**:Up to $29.50
