**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity: 14 month contract**

Reporting to the Director of E-Commerce, of the RW&CO brand, the E-Commerce Merchandising Manager influences the overall vision to create exceptional customer experiences and drive sales and profits as a leading multi-channel retailer. To accomplish this, the position measures results, analyzes performance and makes adjustments to achieve our goal. Working with the Director of E-Commerce, you assist in defining, implementing and managing the strategic direction for the E-Commerce channel to achieve sales and gross margin goals. In addition, you lead a team and inspire excellence in the day-to-day operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee merchandising for e-commerce (product selection, sequencing and categorization) and manage ongoing merchandising optimization in partnership with divisional teams responsible for merchandising, planning, and customer relationship management and analytics.
- Develop measurement strategies using Google Analytics and testing tools to drive continuous optimization.
- Develop a way to organize or categorize products that matches the customer's buying process and makes the website easier to navigate.
- Oversee e-commerce content activities to deliver an optimal customer experience and improve site performance, including A/B testing.
- In partnership with the merchandising and planning teams, create a weekly and monthly site plan based on the business plan to ensure that inventory levels, assortment and replenishment meet demand on the online store.
- Present a clear view of priorities and progress on a daily basis to business partners and senior management.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in business, e-commerce, management information systems, or related field.
- Five+ years of experience in e-commerce or related field.
- Experience in team management.
- Bilingualism
