Southside Dodge is seeking to add a new member to our quick lube department. The members of our quick lube team are quite often the first face of the dealership that most of our new and returning customers see. We expect exceptional customer service, a friendly attitude and the willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy our customers needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Working within a team
- Greet customers with a smile and a positive attitude
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Respect customers and dealerships property
- Communicate with technicians, service advisors and customers to ensure a job well done
- Top and bottom lube duties including replacing oil / filter, air filters, fuel filters, tire pressures and making recommendations based on observations such as leaks and potential future problems
- Double checking and signing off on each others work

Qualifications:

- Previous quick lube experience is an asset but not required
- MUST posses a valid drivers license and be willing to provide a drivers abstract
- Work within a team
- Multi tasking abilities
- Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Honesty and integrity in your work
- Computer skills are a must
- Available to work full time Monday to Friday as well as Saturday shift if required

This could be the first step to begin your career in the automotive trade. We train in house, and provide constant updating and training from Stellantis. Strong team members will also be given consideration to move into the main shop and begin their apprenticeship, based on performance, attitude and quality of work performed.

Southside Dodge offers a very competitive benefit package after probation period.

Starting wage will be $16.00-$18.00 / hour based on qualifications and performance.

We are family owned and operated for over 50 years, and we are only looking for team members that can represent the strong standards we hold for this dealership.
