Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of food items, ensuring high-quality meals are served to our customers. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to recipes and guidelines
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure food quality and minimize the risk of contamination
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must have a valid Food Handler's Certificate or be willing to obtain one

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
