Hearthstone by the Lake, located along the beautiful shores of Lake Ontario, is a unique retirement living model. Our team of healthcare professionals assist residents with any needs they may have, in the comfort and privacy of their condominium which is based on ownership, not rental. The suites are spacious, well cared for and residents take pride in their home, and graciously welcome our staff into it to delivery a variety of services.

Our PSWs love working with us because they are able to make a genuine difference to the well being of our community whether they be single residents or couples who strive for a comfortable, independent retirement experience.
