**The Gateway to Your Future**
This position is responsible for managing, carrying out and supporting the general maintenance, renovations and repairs of a single site, including the Casino facilities, parking lots and outside grounds. Ensures building operations and construction standards are maintained throughout the facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversees day-to-day operations and maintenance of all building systems including electrical, mechanical, life safety, Building Automation System (BAS) and related building systems, minor repair work, general maintenance, daily inspections, grounds and landscape maintenance as required.
- Provides technical on-site support for any construction, development and/or renovation projects.
- Manages and supervises work of outside contractors.
- May evaluate prepare and negotiate maintenance contracts in areas such as HVAC, waste disposal, landscaping and cleaning.
- Manages and supervises the work of direct reports by leading, delegating, training, providing positive and corrective feedback, and coaching.
- Ensures comprehensive preventive maintenance programs are effectively implemented and maintained, particularly for key systems such as HVAC, UPS/genset and elevator/escalator systems.
- May plan, forecast expenditures and develop an annual budget. May reconcile spending to budget on a periodic basis.
- Prepares purchase orders and ensures all invoicing is price compared, approved and processed in a time efficient manner.
- Reviews and updates all maintenance records for the UPS/genset, HVAC equipment and elevator systems.
- Develops and implements incident reports for site maintenance issues.
- Responds immediately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.

**What You Bring**
- 2 -3 years experience in progressively senior roles of responsibility in planning, organizing and carrying out facilities maintenance
- Trades certification or engineering diploma is preferred
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry/millwork, painting and physical assets
- Valid provincial driver’s license and good driving record
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, chiller operations, UPS and EPS systems and automated building and lighting control systems
- Proven record of excellent customer service and follow through skills
- Computer knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
