**Position Summary - Contract Faculty**

It is an exciting time at Oulton College, and we are currently seeking applicants for various faculty positions in our BScN Program. Your primary responsibility will include developing and delivering engaging and evidence-based curriculum content, facilitating classroom and clinical learning experiences (if applicable), and evaluating student performance. We are looking for applicants in **contract** role. Opportunities in various courses are mentioned below
- PSYC 1305 Lifespan Psychology
- STAT 1304 Principles of Statistics
- SOCI 1303 Social Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide instruction to students enrolled in BScN.
- Facilitate the development, implementation, revision, and maintenance of curriculum under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
- Plan and deliver content and learning activities that reflect the values, beliefs, needs, and contributions of a culturally diverse community.
- Utilize LMS for in person, online, and blended course delivery.
- Manage the classroom/lab/activities to ensure an optimal learning environment using an outcome-based approach.
- Work cooperatively with program coordinators and colleagues in an interdependent “team” environment.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Masters degree.
- Ability to arrange, maintain and evaluate resources.
- Demonstrates valuing diversity.
