**Position: Campaign Manager (remote) - full time**

**Our Agency**

TIKTAL is a dedicated TikTok influencer marketing and talent agency. We manage influencer marketing campaigns from the Talent selection to the video creation, review, and report analysis for our clients. Our talent management team works hard to help our in-house influencers grow and develop themselves. We love marketing on TikTok and believe it's fun, authentic, and offers very high growth potential.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Reporting directly to the Account Director, you will be in charge of your own campaigns and their delivery.
- Day-to-day supervision and execution of our client's campaigns with support from a campaign associate.
- Being the main point of contact for clients currently enrolled in a campaign.
- Support business continuity, time tracking, delivery, and quality insurance.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and ways of working.
- Discover and monitor influencers through campaigns and flag all talents you think could be a good match with TIKTAL.
- Track, evaluate, and report results of campaign management efforts.

- You surprise and delight your clients and internal teams with your responsiveness, outstanding attention to detail and can-do attitude

**Required experience**
- +2 years of experience supporting projects in a marketing environment; digital or advertising agency experience.
- Proven experience managing social media campaigns end to end.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Living preferably within the following time zones: PT (UTC -8) to EST (UTC -4)
