Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our team. The CAD Technician will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using various software tools to support engineering and design projects.

**Duties**:

- Develop detailed schematics, layouts, and drawings using AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, and other CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements.
- Create 2D animations for visual representation of designs.
- Utilize CAD software such as Civil 3D for infrastructure projects.
- Assist in drafting plans for construction and building projects.
- Incorporate design changes based on feedback from team members.
- Maintain accurate records of drawings and revisions.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, Civil 3D, and Sketchup.
- Strong understanding of drafting techniques and principles.
- Experience in creating detailed technical drawings for construction or engineering projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
