We're looking for an individual who is able to work closely with our management team to supervise, mentor and develop front counter employees. Ideally, our Sales Associate will have experience with customer service and possess strong communication skills as well as an understanding of the restaurant industry. We're interested in hiring a charismatic and hard-working Assistant Manager with a passion for customer service and an eye for detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point of sale systems
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or promotions
- Knowledge of technical sales or willingness to learn about technical products is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are a bonus for communicating with diverse customers
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and effectively
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone

**Salary**: $74,000.00-$77,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Quebec City, QC (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Quebec City, QC: Relocate before starting work (required)
