Tasks and Responsibilities: - Prep poke bowl ingredients - Take orders and serve beautiful poke bowls to customers - Keep store clean - Engage with customers - Interview and hire new recruits - Put in orders from vendors based on already done inventory (All staff help with daily inventory) - Cover "no-show" shifts - Make sure operations run smoothly - Scheduling **Requirements**: - Charismatic and friendly personality - Able to work in a team as a responsible contributor - Able to handle fast paced environment - Food Safe Level 1 - Serving It Right Pay: During the training position the first 3 months will be at $20 Assisted management will then be $21/hr Unassisted Manager will be $22/hr We are a very small operation and we have found the best way to accumulate a sufficient amount of hours for our manager is to split the work between both locations. Once the manager can take on this role, the wage will increase to $23/hr.
