**Role Overview**:As the Assistant Store Manager, you will lead day-to-day retail operations, guiding and inspiring the team to excel. You'll drive positive interactions, manage financial transactions, oversee inventory, and champion customer experiences. Your leadership will transform challenges into opportunities for customer retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
- CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate
- 3+ years leadership experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in sales, customer service, and cash handling
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savviness with various platforms
- Desire to understand cannabis deeply
- Education in business, sales, or related field (desirable)

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead opening and closing procedures
- Manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Address customer inquiries and concerns
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Drive sales targets and profitability through team collaboration
- Mentor and direct team members in daily tasks
