Overview:
Reporting to the Site Director, the Loader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Loader on site. This position operates loaders equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop which is used to load aggregate into our customers' trucks.

Hours: Between 40-55 hours per week;

Location: Sainte-Adele, QC, Canada;

Pay Rate: 29,12$

**Responsibilities**:
**Safety**:

- Implement and lead Lafarge safety standard
- Wearing mandatory PPE when outside of vehicle/equipment;
- Road maintenance (grading, sanding, berming, snow plowing);
- Dust control/Speed control;
- Ensures and supports a good safety behavior of customers and contractors;
- Perform and report detailed Daily inspections on operated equipment;
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness inside and outside of equipment.

**Customer Focus**:

- Provide customer service/support in a polite, respectful and mostly a professional way;
- Support quality group (proper sample pads and overall stockpile maintenance for a good quality product supplied to customer);
- Maintain a proper stockpile identification (piles name and identification).

Qualifications:
**Education**:

- High School Diploma, Valid Drivers License (Class 5) and/or specific loader training certification.

**Years of experience**:

- Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience within the construction industry;
- More than 3 years’ experience operating a Loader is required.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Knowledge of Loader and other heavy equipment operation;
- Knowledge road construction materials.
