We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate that enjoys developing a good relationship with our customers. We know our customers for years, and it is important to provide excellent service along with an understanding of their needs to provide a great experience for them in the store as well as in their kitchen.

Retail experience is required, experience of how a retail store operation works, and your position in making our store a success.
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Communicate effectively with customers to answer questions and provide product information
- Perform POS transactions (sales, understand stock situations, create customer orders).
- Merchandising: receiving orders, replenishment, pricing; attention to detail is vital.
- Store upkeep such as cleaning, maintaining equipment, contributing to the store's visual appearance, and other basic tasks.
- Works well with others, and is a reliable team member.
- Takes initiative on daily tasks and issues that may arise.
- Is adaptable in their job and flexible with their schedule.

**There are 2 flights of stairs to the stock room and you must be able to go up and down while carrying merchandise several times a day.**

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $16.55-$17.50 per hour

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

- French not required
