**Overview**

I am looking for someone looking to start their marketing business or career, and get liftoff with a fast moving, fun client.

The initial aim:

- help create more videos, better videos, regular videos,
- editing, filming content (I have content ideas, strategy...need help fine tuning and with execution),
- management of web strategy and channels,

Also Possible:

- managing lead funnels, converting leads, lots more...

**Responsibilities**
- Help develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the site.
- Oversee e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Conduct SEO audits and optimize website content for search engines to improve rankings.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website performance and generate reports on key metrics.
- Proofread all web content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publication.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web management, digital marketing, and e-commerce.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies with a focus on e-commerce.
- Personality is critical: team player, creative, reliable, fun attitude, problem solving capabilities....
- Graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing web content.
- Proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Google Analytics for tracking website performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

This should be a fun opportunity with room to grow, and potentially work with other Realtors and business people.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $22.46-$33.94 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
