The team at **Bow Valley Dental** located in Calgary, AB are looking for a passionate, hard-working **Dental Administrator**on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

**SCHEDULE**:

- 38 hours per week
- Monday - Friday

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- A professional with **recent dental administrative experience** (required).
- A passion for delivering **exceptional customer service** with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Strong **attention to detail** and **excellent organizational skills**.
- A **team player** who thrives in a collaborative setting.
- Experience in **treatment planning** (an asset but not required).
- Proficiency with Tracker and CareCru software (an asset but not required required)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
