Harvest Cafe is gearing up for an incredible fall season And as a result...we are looking for passionate, motivated and creative people to join our kitchen team

Heres what we are looking for:
**Head Chef**

This is a full time position and is very much a hands on role within our organization. You will be working very closely with the owners in creating new menu items, current + future food development and training and inspiring of all staff. Leading by example should be your Mantra

**Line Cooks**

There are P/T + F/T positions available starting immediately**. ** Speedy, Inspired, Creative, Clean Freak...these are just a few of the many words that should describe you...LOL...Seriously, be a team player, be responsible, Love cooking food and be able to work in a fast paced and speedy environment and we'll love you

**Below are some of our expectations for all positions within our Kitchen Culture**:

- Ensure all orders are executed in a timely manner, paying attention to ticket times while also focusing on the highest quality of work and detail.
- Promote teamwork and display a positive attitude towards educating the customers about Harvest.
- Ensure respect and care is taken for all ingredients and display proper technique and safe handling.
- Responsible for following standardized recipes, and portioning for completed dishes for the Café + Bakery.
- Responsible for working in a clean, and organized manner.
- Ensures correct use, storage, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment and facility.
- Complies with local food safety regulations, and has completed food safe level 1.
- Responsible for opening & closing duties which include cleaning, organizing, and weekly/monthly kitchen maintenance projects.

**Even more fun stuff**:

- Has minimum 2+ years of experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Responsible for working during peak hours, which includes mornings + weekends
- Passionate about seasonal, ingredient driven food.
- Has strong principals in regard to proper cooking techniques, and an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills

**Salary**: $15.65-$25.00 per hour

**Experience**:
