3-4 Year Apprenticeship required

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist journeyman/journeywoman plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Assist in testing plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Qualifications:

- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced plumbers

**Skills**:

- Ability to weld and solder pipes
- Knowledge of how to assemble plumbing components
- Proficiency in blueprint reading to understand plumbing layouts
- Ability to build and maintain plumbing systems according to specifications
