**About the Role**

The Marketing Coordinator (Contract) opportunity is a two (2) month contract with the potential for extension, supporting the sales and marketing team by executing impactful campaigns across major channels to increase top-of-funnel activities and revenue. The role will primarily put the final touches on the company website for a go-live launch and organize the upcoming tradeshow activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Implement marketing campaign plans that include: social media, website, and newsletter content
- Support the Manager in the execution of marketing initiatives and events for a global brand
- Coordinating logistics for tradeshows, including booths, graphic assets, and marketing collateral (eg. brochures, product material, sales scripts)
- Create brand advertising campaigns, and support sales teams by coordinating and collating content
- Liaise with key stakeholders (agencies, internal teams, partners, etc.) involved in project execution, press management, and reporting
- Create, maintain, and strengthen the organizations’ overall brand through available media platforms
- Organize and maintain meeting notes, documents, and calendars related to project management
- Ensure timelines are respected, and deadlines are met

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 2+ years in a similar marketing role OR relevant experience
- Proven success in coordinating the delivery of marketing and lead-generation campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Hubspot and WordPress
- Basic understanding of Salesforce
- Strong proficiency in social media content creation and tracking
- Professional written communication - excelling in copywriting, proofreading, and editing
- Solutions-oriented and a self-starter
- Excellent organizational skills
