**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and sanitation. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with cashiering duties, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Restock supplies as needed and assist in inventory management.

**Skills**
- Experience in food preparation and handling is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices in a kitchen environment.
- Previous experience in cashiering or cash handling is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant industry.
