Home Hardware has an exciting opportunity available for a
**Finance Manager - Dealer Performance** to join our Corporate Finance team. Reporting to the Director, Dealer Support FP&A, you will work closely with Dealers Owners on all facets of performance improvement.

We are looking for a dynamic leader to lead a small team in developing their scope of support in working with Dealer Owners to enhance financial and operational performance. You will partner with key business partners to understand operations, data detail and sources to provide insightful financial reporting.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the financial forecasting and operational improvement initiatives for Dealers on the Dealer Performance Program (DPP). The role will help convert insights into action by working with Dealers. You will develop intimate knowledge of the Dealers’ business, operations, and processes to contribute to improving Dealer performance.
- Lead the monthly reporting process for the DPP team with various departments, reporting on progress, KPI’s and advising of risk.
- Work closely with A/R on Dealers experiencing financial difficulty with remittances. Recommend credit restrictions, strategies and plans to help Dealers get back into current positions. Lead the month end Accounts Receivable Allowance review.
- This is a very hands-on role, requiring substantial communication with Dealers and the need to help inspire and coach Dealers into operationalizing improvements.
- Build and develop a “Playbook” which is a comprehensive document noting best in class processes, training, ways to save money, improve performance and create value.
- Build and maintain a complex financial forecasting model to be used by Dealers, Lenders and HHSL.
- Provide strong leadership, ongoing coaching, and development support for direct reports.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting, with a CPA designation (preferred); with 5 to 10 years of experience and achievements in a similar role.
- Significant experience building forecasting models and turning data into action to drive results in store.
- Great understanding of retail operations, opportunities, and small business accounting.
- Expert knowledge Microsoft Office Suite, mostly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with proven ability to interact with cross-functional business teams.
- Ability to influence and drive results with Dealers, to ensure a positive impact on business performance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Motivated individual with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to layout the path to significant improvements.
- Ability to perform is a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs and multiple priorities.
- Ability to work additional hours regularly, to successfully fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
