- **Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday ( 4pm -9pm )**

**Needed**
- **Use be able to speak Hindi or Urdu.**:

- **Must be able to lift client ( client 165 lbs)**

**Must have experience with dependent seniors.**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to individuals with disabilities, seniors, and those requiring specialized care in various settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and home care environments. Your support will enhance their quality of life and promote independence while ensuring their safety and well-being.

**Duties**
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Preparing nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Assisting with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safe movement within the home or facility.
- Supporting individuals with dementia care by implementing appropriate strategies to manage behaviors and enhance communication.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Documenting care provided and any changes in client condition accurately.

**Experience**
- Experience working with persons with disabilities or in senior care settings such as nursing homes or hospice care.
- Familiarity with caregiving practices, including meal preparation and personal care assistance.
- Knowledge of dementia and Parkinson care techniques is highly desirable.
- A compassionate approach to caregiving with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Certification or training in home care.
